The Reed Stalker - Triton/Merrow Rogue - Original Character

The Reed Stalker is a Fisher linving in the swamps around Saltmarsh.
When he goes into town to take care of errands, the people see a small, hunched man with a hood drawn deep.
None of them have ever seen his face. He is liked well enough, although he makes some people uncomfortable.

As he wades through the shallow marsh, his long tail becomes visible and small fins appear on his arms.
He brings his catch back to the small hut he shares with the cranky witch that raised him.

Ever since he was very small, this witch told him that he was definetly the most ugly Triton that ever spashed through her garden.
What The Stalker doesn't know, is that she took him in as a Merrow orphan.
Since she needed someone to help her in her daily life, the witch changed the young boy so that he would be able to walk on land.
There is no real reason why she never told him about his origins.

If he ever decides to take a swim in the sea, his new form will be a big surprise for him.
