The Wide-eyed - Nothic NPC - Character Art Request

One of the most fun experiences in DnD is to adopt an NPC into your group for a while.
And well, in our case it was this very perceptive fellow, Sonduur.

We were fighting our way through a clamity stricken Super-Dungeon, when we came upon this shy, but very helpful Nothic.
He showed us the way to the library we were looking for, if we would help him find something in return. We don't know what that thing is as of yet.

When we discovered the library, the resident Mage denied Sonduur entrance. He called her "Fox-Lady" and she was later revealed as a Fox shaped Fiend.
Our new friend seems to have quite unique eyesight.

Now we're out in the world.
Let's hope we can keep our friend safe until we find what he is looking for.
I'm suspecting it has to do with whomever he was before the city we found him in was hit by calamity. His old, torn robes and the place we found him in suggest that he may have been a humanoid Wizard at some point.

But.. will we really want to turn him back if that's
